Interesting ideas, useful resources and hot tips for teachers

Hello and welcome to the English Teacher's Chest :)

The idea to start a blog came up a couple of years ago once I realised I needed my important files and different resources useful for my professional development  to be kept in one easily-accessible place. Bookmarking numerous interesting pages proved to be helpful yet not enough (you hardly ever visit some of them unless signed up for newsletters). Well, it took me really long to get cracking, it turned to be interesting though, and a bit addictive too:). At last I have my own virtual teacher's treasure chest :) and I love it!
Any good idea I have or come across will go into the chest for everyone to use.
Hope it helps you as well to bust your stress, boost your confidence and creativity or even win the battle of nerves;)
If you find it really handy, then why not you bookmark it or subscribe to and follow it via email.
Don't forget to drop a line in comments ;) Also, feel free to ask a question or give your own opinion.
If you're into contributing, just let me know and welcome aboard as a guest writer/co-author.  Get in touch with me via innalia2011@gmail.com or follow me on Twitter: @innalia2011

One last thing, old man H.Ford used to say that “anyone who stops learning is old, whether at twenty or eighty. Anyone who keeps learning stays young. The greatest thing in life is to keep your mind young.”

Keep young. Keep learning. Keep sharing.
Yours,
Inna

P.S. My friend couldn't help wondering about the "piratey" style of my blog. Well, aren't we, teachers,  like pirates (in a good way, of course!)? Yo-ho-ho, and a ... mug of coffee))
